Needle Aponevrotomy (NA, or needle aponeurotomy) is a minimally invasive treatment for Dupuytren's contracture. It was developed by Dr. Lermusiaux (shown below) at the Hopital Laribosière in Paris.

The Paris group has performed thousands of Needle Aponevrotomy procedures over the last 30 years and has documented it to be safe and effective.
